High-Level Bio

Chris is a highly experienced enterprise transformation executive with a distinguished track record of planning, executing and governing large-scale strategic change initiatives and portfolios at many of the best known financial services firms in the world. Having personally led multiple $BN+ strategic change portfolios, and established Enterprise Program Management functions at AIG and MUFG, Chris brings a unique blend of executive experience, large scale transformation delivery, and integrated governance and risk management to his client engagements.   

An area of particular interest and applied expertise for Chris’ practice is Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, and Secure AI transformation.  With multiple decades of applied experience in IT Risk & Cybersecurity, he’s passionate about helping organizations deploy robust Secure & Responsible AI guardrails to ensure that GenAI efforts don’t expose them to undue risks.

Prior to joining the Accelerated Innovation team, Chris held Managing Director, SVP, and VP-level leadership roles at MUFG, Wells Fargo, MetLife, AIG, and JPMorganChase.
